Thank you for visiting RESTOPP. This page details the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders,
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pickup at our Santa Monica store. When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout, and your order will be ready to pick up within 24 hours.
We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions. You can pick up your order anytime between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States.
